The photos do a wonderful job of capturing its best angles and the light-filled spaces, but we want to be upfront: this is a well-lived-in property, not a glossy showroom. You'll find a few signs of everyday family life. Some gentle wear on the floors, a scuff here and there.

​The main living space revolves around a serious chef’s kitchen featuring a massive marble island, gas cooking, and top-tier Miele appliances. It opens right up into a comfy dining and lounge area with a dedicated workspace, smart TV, reverse cycle air-conditioning and plush sofa, perfect for kicking back after a day out exploring. Step outside into your own private courtyard for outdoor dining surrounded by greenery.

When it’s time to turn in, the main bedroom feels grand and airy with its low-profile platform bed, ornamental mantle, wall-to-wall built-in wardrobes. The second bedroom is bright and easygoing, complete with a cozy queen bed, warm timber floors, and a sunny little desk nook if you need to pop open a laptop. The sleek, modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, and you’ll have the convenience of a washer and dryer to make longer stays effortless.

​One of the highlights of the property is meeting the two resident pooches! Their owners live upstairs in a completely separate, private section of the building, while their two super friendly, laid-back dogs share access to the outdoor lawn area. They love a quick hello if you’re up for a pat but are equally happy just lounging in the sun and minding their own business.

Getting around couldn't be easier. You’re just a short walk from Edgecliff shopping centre and train station for a quick train ride straight into the CBD or out to Bondi Junction. Double Bay’s waterfront cafes and Rushcutters Bay Park and marina are all just a leisurely stroll away.
 

Enjoy an enviable Eastern suburbs lifestyle. It's just a short stroll to acclaimed Double Bay restaurants, boutiques, wine bars, pubs & art galleries.
