Tracey has been a licensed real estate agent for over 40 years. After returning to Sydney from Queensland in 1989 she saw a need for short term accommodation that no other agent was offering. Tracey founded the concept of short term furnished rentals in the Sydney market, starting her own company in 1994. She grew the business and quickly became known as the leader in this field.

Passionate about the short term accommodation market, the properties she manages and also the clients she accommodates, the name Tracey McArdle has become synonymous with short term leasing throughout Sydney. Her level of service is what sets Tracey apart from other agents. Indeed this level of service is one of the major reason Tracey’s loyal clients have relied on her throughout the years and continue to be satisfied with the service she provides.

Simone Robertson
Property Manager
With a background in hospitality and events, Simone made the career change to real estate in 2016, starting out as a property manager for Tracey McArdle Exclusive Properties.
Learning on the job from the leading short term accommodation provider in the eastern suburbs, Simone has a keen eye for detail and a commitment to exceptional service for both our home owners and guests.
With a move to the northern beaches of Sydney she made the change to long term property management for 3 years. During this time Simone achieved her real estate license and furthered her real estate knowledge and went on to become a senior portfolio manager in the prestige property management space.
It says a lot about a company if the staff keep returning to McArdle's, Simone returned in early 2023 to help manage and continue to grow the portfolio.​
Craig Nock

Close to 15 years experience in real estate, specialising in short term rental accommodation, Craig began his real estate career in 1996 where he was employed as a property manager alongside Tracey McArdle. After a decade of flourishing in the role, managing more than 100 properties, he then made a dramatic career move to the telecommunications industry where he worked his way up the ranks eventually holding a position as the National Sales Trainer for Consumer & Retail.
After a decade of working in the corporate world he then moved abroad teaching English in South East Asia and South America. Returning to Australia several years later he teamed up again with Tracey McArdle, a real full circle moment, where he continues his passion for real estate and top notch customer service.
James McArdle

James may only have just under three years of official experience in the industry, but he's been immersed in it from the start. Born into the world of real estate, he literally grew up in the business, starting in a cot next to Tracey at just one week old in the original Potts Point offices, gaining an intuitive grasp of the Short-Term Real Estate sector from a young age.

With years of hands-on experience in customer service and building construction sites, James developed a deep understanding of teamwork, intuition and growth, and how those elements come together to create a reliable, top-quality product.
His hardworking nature, sharp intelligence, and maturity make him a perfect fit for the McArdle philosophy—striving to be the best in everything we do.
