We had a fantastic stay at Walter Street. The house is very well equipped with everything one needs.  This was one of the best places we've stayed in Sydney. It is very close to the heart of Oxford St; an easy bus ride to the CBD, great shopping, and close to a little supermarket (Romeo's IGA - which was hard to find at first). The house is in a quiet street of old terrace houses, and very nicely finished. The fit-out is quite new: very nice kitchen and bathrooms - it had everything we wanted! Thank you so much.
